Shin Sung Rok has reassured fans about his recovery.

In an Instagram post, Shin Sung Rok shared, “This is the emperor of the Great Korean Empire… Lee Hyuk. Everyone… I’m… alright… I’m recovering. I will return to filming soon. Director Joo Dong Min, the staff members, and I were all working passionately to create images you all would love, and I was slightly injured. Hehe. So please give us a lot of love… and we won’t stop our passion. Please continue to support us even more. You all know, right? Today is the day ‘The Last Empress’ airs! Please tune in.”
