NU'EST W Shares Thoughts On Upcoming Promotions As NU'EST In 2019

NU’EST W discussed what their promotions will be like in the new year as the five-membered group.

On December 25, online Korean outlet Star News published its interview with JR, Ren, Aron, and Baekho.

NU’EST W recently held the “‘Double You’ Final in Seoul” concert where a video signifying the group’s return as five members with Hwang Min Hyun played at the end.

The group’s leader JR said, “It’s difficult to predict what the upcoming 2019 will be like, but I think I can promise this. I will work hard so that we can be a refuge of healing for people who always love us and like us. I will make more of an effort and work harder.”

The members were then asked if NU’EST’s music will differ a lot from NU’EST W’s. Baekho, who has participated in writing the songs and lyrics for many of the group’s hits such as “Love Paint,” “Where You At,” and “Dejavu,” shared his thoughts.

“To be honest, I’m in the middle of thinking about it,” replied Baekho. “I’m continuously thinking about how to go about it. But I don’t think that we need to show a totally 180-degree different appearance or a totally different type of music just because the ‘W’ has disappeared.”
