Idols shine brightest when they are smiling on stage, but sometimes they can even pull off crying just as beautifully. Here are some male idols who look flawless even when they get overwhelmed with emotions.

1. BTS’s Jungkook

Jungkook shed tears at the “2017 BTS Live Trilogy Episode III: The Wings Tour The Final,” where he told fans, “Thank you for helping me perform on such a great stage.” He also cried at the 2018 MAMA in Hong Kong while expressing his gratitude towards his fans.

2. ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo

As a rising actor, Cha Eun Woo starred in JTBC’s “My ID is Gangnam Beauty” last summer as character Do Kyung Suk and successfully portrayed various emotions, including sadness.

3. BTOB’s Yook Sungjae

In one episode of SBS’s “Master in the House,” Yook Sungjae burst into tears upon listening to singer Jeon In Kwon sing “Please.” The lonely emotions of the lyrics got to him and he could not stop his tears.

4. Park Ji Hoon

Though Park Ji Hoon is best known for his cute catchphrases, he is also known for looking flawless even with a teary face. At the “Wanna One Premier Fan-Con” last year, he got emotional while thanking his mother for always supporting him.

5. EXO’s Kai

Kai showed tears at EXO’s concert “EXO PLANET #4 – The EℓyXiOn” last year after making a mistake during his solo stage. His tears proved just how important it is for him to show fans the best performance possible. He also tried to hide his tears at the 2017 Melon Music Awards when EXO won the Best Artist of the Year Award.

6. Highlight’s Yang Yoseob

Highlight recently held their year-end concert “Outro,” which will be their last concert for a while as the members have enlisted already or will be enlisting this year. With only a few weeks left until his enlistment, Yang Yoseob got emotional on his last day as DJ on his radio show MBC FM4U’s “Yang Yoseob’s Dreaming Radio.”
