Hello. This is Swing Entertainment.
We are announcing our response to malicious posts, which was something the fans were the most concerned about.
We want to thank the fans for sending us a generous amount of sincere recommendations and advice from the time he was Kim Jae Hwan the independent trainee on “Produce 101 Season 2,” to Wanna One member Kim Jae Hwan, to now Kim Jae Hwan.
However, there were times when Kim Jae Hwan, his family, and fans who care about Kim Jae Hwan were hurt by malicious posts, personal attacks, sexual harassment, and defamation by thoughtless people.
After discussing this with Kim Jae Hwan and his family for a long time, we decided to respect the opinion of Kim Jae Hwan and his family. It was determined that these were incorrect and excessive ways of expressing interest, and we have decided to deal with the malicious posts without taking legal action.
We hope the fans will also respect Kim Jae Hwan and his family’s opinion, and we ask for your understanding regarding this decision.
In addition, Swing Entertainment and Kim Jae Hwan will humbly accept appropriate recommendations and advice and will work hard to show improvement and correct mistakes.
However, the agency will in the future take strong action against malicious posts, personal attacks, sexual harassment, and defamation targeted at the artist and the artist’s family. We are preparing a space where fans can report this, and ask for the cooperation of many fans when this becomes available.
Kim Jae Hwan is currently preparing to debut as a solo artist with Wanna One’s former agency Swing Entertainment.
