Super Junior To Be 1st Foreign-Language Artist To Win Artist Of The Year At KKBOX Music Awards

Super Junior will be making history at the upcoming 14th KKBOX Music Awards this week!

On January 26 local time, Super Junior will be attending the 14th KKBOX Music Awards in Taipei, where they will become the first non-Chinese artist ever to receive the Artist of the Year award.

Although multiple Korean artists—as well as foreign artists from other countries—have attended the annual music award ceremony in previous years, Super Junior will be the first foreign-language artist in history to win Artist of the Year.

The group will also be performing a number of their iconic hits, including “Sorry, Sorry,” “Bonamana,” and “Black Suit,” at the show.

The KKBOX Music Awards is held annually by the popular Taiwan-based music streaming service KKBOX. This year’s ceremony will take place on January 26 at 7 p.m. TST at the Taipei Arena.

Congratulations to Super Junior!
