Bae Jin Young Pens Heartfelt Letter To Wanna One And Wannable

On January 28, Bae Jin Young shared a handwritten letter on his official fan cafe. In the letter, the idol expressed gratitude towards the other Wanna One members and Wannable (Wanna One’s fandom name).

The following is the full letter:

Hello, this is Wanna One’s Bae Jin Young! I have concluded my last day as Wanna One’s Bae Jin Young, and many thoughts are occurring in my head.

First and foremost, to Wanna One members, you did very well. I know you were tired and exhausted from the busy schedule, but you persevered. Thank you, and I love you.

As I was promoting as Wanna One, I learned a lot and experienced great things. To me, it is a time I cherish.

Just like we’ve said jokingly in the past, even though all 11 members are going separate ways, let’s do our best in our places and meet at the top with smiles on our faces. Once again, to my members, I thank you, and I love you!!

And now, Wannable who helped me, Bae Jin Young, to exist.

I’m listening to “12th Star” as I’m writing this letter, and each line of lyrics reminds me of Wannable. I’m filled with emotions… Wannable, who liked me and brought me into light even when I was insignificant and a nobody, I sincerely thank you.

After coming out to the world as a Wanna One member, I’m glad to have miraculously met precious people like Wannable. Now, just hearing the name Wannable makes me very happy.

Thank you for being a part of my life. During the time I spent with Wannable whom I could always depend on, I was always filled with energy and happy.

Even though Wanna One is briefly taking a break, my love for Wannable will never change. Thanks to Wannable, each day of Wanna One’s Bae Jin Young was filled with joy.

Now, I will become Bae Jin Young who can make you happier and expresses his emotions more. I will do better from now on. Don’t worry too much, and please look forward to it! I love you, and I thank you.
