Yura Proudly Talks About Close Friendship Between Girl's Day Members

Girl’s Day’s Yura traveled to Vietnam for a photo shoot with magazine M KWAVE and shared what makes her happy in her every day life.

There is a beauty in finding unexpected joy while traveling, but there are things that can be enjoyed in every day life as well. Asked where she finds happiness in her daily life, she answered without hesitation, “Girl’s Day. Our personalities are very compatible, and no one is so overly bad-tempered that we end up fighting. When we have problems with each other, we tell each other how upset we are and why, and that solves everything.”

She reminisced about the past and said, “It was so much fun when we used to live in the dorm together, and I would fall to the ground at least once a day from laughing too much. I bet if we had installed a camera just like those reality shows, we would have accumulated over 40 percent in viewership ratings. We don’t meet each other as often now that we live separately, but when we do meet up, we spend hours talking and don’t even realize time is passing.”

Regarding how she spent the year in 2018, she said, “2018 passed by very quickly. The year felt like it was only six months long as I was busy learning and experiencing lots of things. I feel like I’ve only spent time enjoying myself, but I think it’s because I was doing the things that I like to do. It was one of my happiest years, and last year’s balance between work and personal life was the best. Overworking and underworking both make me feel down, so last year was just right. I hope 2019 is just like 2018.”

Stating her plans for 2019, she shared, “Nothing has been confirmed, but I will work hard in whatever job I take on.”
