HyunA Gets Surprised For Her 12th Debut Anniversary By Hyojong And Her Staff

HyunA recently received a sweet surprise for her debut anniversary from her boyfriend Hyojong (E’Dawn) and her staff!

HyunA debuted in 2007 with the girl group Wonder Girls but left the group a few months later. In 2009, she made her debut with 4Minute and promoted until their disbandment in 2016. She launched her solo career in 2010 and recently signed with PSY’s new label P NATION after parting ways with her longtime agency, Cube Entertainment.

On February 17, HyunA wrote to her fans on Instagram, “I’m happy to have been with you for 12 years. Thank you.” In the accompanying video, Hyojong and HyunA’s staff surprise the artist with a cake that they’ve prepared for her special anniversary.

In the clip, Hyojong jokes, “Isn’t it our 12th anniversary?” and HyunA laughs and says, “No” before turning to her staff and saying, “Let’s keep doing this until we can add a 0 to this 12.”
