Kim Jong Kook And Soyou Confirmed As Hosts Of New Music Variety Show

Kim Jong Kook and Soyou will be hosting a new variety program together!

On February 18, producing director (PD) Jung Mi Young of KBS 2TV’s new music variety show “In Sync” (literal title) said, “Singer Kim Jong Kook and Soyou’s appearances have been confirmed.”

“In Sync” is a program where talented male and female singers set out to find the best duet partner.

The PD added, “The filming of the program will be in a format so that once the best duet partner is chosen, they’ll sing in front of the audience in the studio. The best duets will enter the competition.”

“In Sync” will air its four pilot episodes starting on March 5, and may be added to regular programming if it receives positive reactions.

In addition to “In Sync,” KBS also began airing the new music variety show “Music Shuffle Show the Hit” on Friday nights at 10 p.m. KST, where two hit songs are mashed together to create a new track.
