B.A.P’s Daehyun Launches His Own YouTube Channel

B.A.P’s Daehyun has joined YouTube!

On February 23, Daehyun officially launched his own individual YouTube channel and posted his first video. Both the channel and the video are entitled “BabyHyun,” a reference to B.A.P’s official fanclub BABY.

In his first video, Daehyun greets his fans and introduces them to his new channel, saying, “Hello, everyone. This is Daehyun. It’s been a while since I’ve greeted you guys through a video like this. Through this YouTube channel that you guys are watching right now, I am planning to reveal many stories that I wasn’t able to tell you before, share things that I’ve wanted to say to you, and show you my music that I wanted you to hear. So I hope you guys will visit this channel and support it a lot.”

Then he added, “I also have one more piece of news. I debated about this a lot and had a hard time coming to a decision, but I missed spending time with you guys, and I want to perform on stage as soon as possible, so I finally made up my mind. On March 9, at Kyungsung University’s Concert Hall in Busan, I will be able to meet you guys for a short time. I made the big decision to see you guys as soon as possible and try to repay you with good music on a small but meaningful stage, so I hope many of you will come.”

Daehyun went on, “I will continue to repay you guys with many videos on this YouTube channel, so please visit it a lot. Please support BabyHyun a lot, and I will show you a lot of good music, so I hope you look forward to it. I miss you, and I love you.”

Last year, Bang Yong Guk and Zelo parted ways with TS Entertainment after choosing not to renew their contracts with the agency. Earlier this month, the four remaining members of B.A.P (Daehyun, Himchan, Youngjae, and Jongup) followed suit and left the agency as well. However, Daehyun promised in a heartfelt message to fans that he would continue to make music, and Jongup assured fans that B.A.P had not disbanded.
