Ahn Jae Wook Indicted Without Detention For Drunk Driving

The Seoul Yongsan District Police Station has passed Ahn Jae Wook’s drunk driving case to the prosecution.

On February 25, it was revealed that the police station had recommended to the prosecution that Ahn Jae Wook be indicted without detention on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act by drunk driving.

Late at night on February 9, Ahn Jae Wook went drinking with his colleagues after work. The next morning, he was caught drunk driving on his way back to Seoul, with a blood alcohol level of 0.096 percent. His license was suspended and the actor released a statement of apology.
