(G)I-DLE's "LATATA" Becomes Their 1st MV To Reach 100 Million Views
(G)I-DLE is now a member of the club of K-pop groups with 100 million views on YouTube!
On February 26 at approximately 1:33 p.m. KST, (G)I-DLE’s “LATATA” on 1theK’s channel reached 100 million views on YouTube, making it the group’s first music video to do so after their debut!
“LATATA” was released on May 2, 2018 at 6 p.m. KST as the title track of the group’s first mini album “I Am.” The song was co-composed by Jeon Soyeon and composer Big Sancho with the lyrics also written by Jeon Soyeon.
The combined views for the official music video uploaded on 1theK’s channel and (G)I-DLE’s official channel already surpassed 100 million views on February 2, 2019. At the time, the group took to social media to celebrate their impressive achievement.
(G)I-DLE is currently gearing up to make a comeback with their second mini album “I Made” including thier title track “Senorita,” which is due out on February 26.
