Kim Jung Hoon's Agency Responds To Accusations By Ex-Girlfriend

Kim Jung Hoon’s agency has issued an official response to the accusations by his ex-girlfriend.

It was first reported on February 26 that Kim Jung Hoon had been sued by his ex-girlfriend for failing to make payments as promised. According to his ex-girlfriend, Kim Jung Hoon urged her to get an abortion when he found out she was pregnant, and then said that he would find a house for her and make the payments. However, he allegedly cut off communication with her after paying only a portion of the down payment and did not fulfill his promise to pay for all of the down payment and monthly rent during the lease period.

On February 28, his agency Creative Kwang shared a statement in which they address the accusations, and it includes a mention of Kim Jung Hoon’s recent appearance on the romance variety show “Taste of Dating” and his partner Kim Jin Ah on the show. The program’s producers have stated that Kim Jung Hoon had told them before filming began that he hadn’t dated in two years.

After checking the contents of the complaints, we apologize for taking until today to release an official statement. After finding out about the woman’s pregnancy through an acquaintance, he told her multiple times that he would completely take care of all parts of raising the child if the baby was to be confirmed as his. However, peaceful conversations did not happen due to a difference of opinions.

Kim Jung Hoon and his agency Creative Kwang will try our best so that this matter can be peacefully resolved. On the contrary, we will take every legal action if we believe that there is false information related to this issue. Finally, we sincerely apologize to the staff of “Taste of Dating” and to Kim Jin Ah who was hurt by this incident. We also apologize once again to everyone who was upset by this uncomfortable news.
