Mnet's "I Can See Your Voice 6" Sells Variety Show Format To 9 Countries

Mnet’s variety show “I Can See Your Voice 6” is going global!

The variety show brings on a group of people, half of whom are talented vocalists and half of who are tone-deaf individuals whom are lip syncing to someone else’s voice. Celebrity guests are invited to watch as the contestants go through a series of tasks, and their job is to eliminate contestants until they are left with one. The vocalists’ must convince people of their talent while the tone-deaf individuals must trick people into thinking they’re talented.

The show’s format has now officially been sold to nine countries of China, Thailand, Indonesia, Bulgaria, Malaysia, Philippines, Romania, Cambodia, and Slovakia. This makes “I Can See Your Voice 6” the best-selling music variety show in Korea, as well as one of the best-selling formats that have been created in the past four years.

The show is currently in its sixth season, and airs every Friday at 7:30 p.m. KST. The upcoming episode will feature celebrity guests Hong Kyung Min, Cha Tae Hyun, and Samuel.
