Lee Hong Ki Congratulates N.Flying On First Win, Briefly Addresses Rumors About Success Of "Rooftop"
March 5, N.Flying took home their first-ever music show win on “The Show” with their song “Rooftop.”
“Rooftop” was released early in the year on January 2, but saw a resurgence in the charts in February after the group’s promotions ended, and this week, N.Flying made a comeback to music shows for an encore run of the song.
After their emotional win on “The Show,” FTISLAND’s Lee Hong Ki, a fellow member of FNC Entertainment, showed support for the group on his Instagram and briefly addressed some rumors surrounding the sudden success of “Rooftop.”
He said, “Oh…. My babies…. Many congratulations ㅜㅠ I’m getting emotional… Become an even greater band in the future!” The singer added, “I know our label, and they wouldn’t do what the rumors going around online are saying. Please support the hard-working [members of N.Flying].”
