Mnet To Launch New Variety Show About International K-Pop Fans Traveling To Korea
Mnet will be launching a new program for K-pop fans!
“Study Abroad Girl: Ticket to K-POP” (literal title) will be a show in which female K-pop fans from all over the world travel to Korea to study for four weeks and experience the overall aspects of K-pop culture. They will learn K-pop dances and songs, and even enter the world of K-beauty and K-dramas.
Mnet recruited foreign applicants born before March of 2004 from February 13 to February 22. Applicants were asked to sing or dance to a K-pop song and explain how much they loved K-pop in a self-introduction video.
The show also stated that they will provide all expenses for the winners.
