U-KISS’s Kiseop Enlists In The Military And Leaves Handwritten Letter To Fans
On March 21, U-KISS’s Kiseop enlisted in the military.
Prior to his enlistment, Kiseop took to Instagram and revealed his new haircut along with a handwritten letter to fans. In the caption, he wrote, “For a moment, goodbye.”
The following is the letter from Kiseop:
Hello everyone, this is Seop.
Time has passed and it’s already been 10 years since I started promoting through U-KISS. Our members, all of our staff, and our KISSme (U-KISS’s fandom name), who have ran together with me for the past 10 years. Even though I am lacking in many ways and can’t express my emotions well, I sincerely thank you and thank you again!
I’ve been called to fulfill my military duties at a late age. I’m a little shy and embarrassed, but I will return after receiving my training well. Salute!
Kiseop was declared to serve as a public service worker due to the worsening condition of his preexisting herniated disk. He will enlist and receive basic military training at the Nonsan Army Training Center, after which he will be assigned to a position as a public service worker.
He is the third U-KISS member to enlist following Soohyun and Hoon. Soohyun enlisted as an active duty soldier on December 28, 2017, and Hoon enlisted on March 18, 2019. The two remaining U-KISS members Eli and Jun will continue with individual promotions.
