Apink's Yoon Bomi On Being A YouTuber And The Group's Hope For The Future
Apink’s Yoon Bomi is an official herald of spring with her latest Grazia photo shoot, where she sports bright, spring shades with a chic and elegant style.
The Apink member, who opened her own YouTube channel in April last year, said, “I thought of YouTube as I was thinking of how I might stay in touch with fans even when we weren’t promoting. Everything that can be done with one camera, I more or less do on my own. I think I’m coming into my own as a YouTuber, so I’m really happy and grateful. I recently got a studio so I can do live broadcasts on YouTube.”
On where she is right now as a ninth-year idol, Bomi said she’s more proud of what she’s achieved than nervous about the future. “Getting No. 1 with ‘Eung Eung’ was more emotional than when we got our first No. 1 after debuting. Because I know now how thankful it is that we are even able to promote together as Apink, [the win] was even more meaningful.”
Bomi added, “The Apink members always say, ‘It’d be nice if we could be Apink until we’re grandmas.'”
