Jung Il Woo And Kwon Yool Make Surprise Raid In "Haechi"

SBS’s “Haechi” revealed new stills of Jung Il Woo and Kwon Yool battling together!

“Haechi” is a historical drama about the friendships and romance of Prince Yeoning. Jung Il Woo plays the problematic prince who cannot become a king, while Kwon Yool plays Park Moon Soo, a persistent pursuer of justice who becomes a secret royal inspector.

On March 31, the drama released new stills of Jung Il Woo and Kwon Yool making a surprise attack on the gibang (a place where giseng, professional entertainers trained in singing and dancing, lived and entertained their customers) where Do Ji Gwang (Han Ji Sang) is at.

The new stills depict Jung Il Woo and Kwon Yool charismatically raiding the gibang. Jung Il Woo shows off his majestic and elegant posture as he pulls the bowstring, while Kwon Yool stands with a pained yet heroic look on his face, ready to fight with all his might.

On the other hand, Do Ji Gwang, who is the man behind the Qing Dynasty human trafficking scheme, heightens the tension of the plot as he conspires with Prince Mil Poong (Jung Moon Sung) to frame Prince Yeoning (Jung Il Woo). The bottom right image depicts Han Ji Sang dueling intensely as he fights for his life.

The “Haechi” production staff stated, “The sneak attack executed by Jung Il Woo and Kwon Yool is just the beginning of their plan as they seek to avenge Han Ji Sang, who caused a rebellious bloodbath to the throne.” They added, “Please continue to watch upcoming episodes as the main characters continue to fight against Jung Moon Sung, Han Ji Sang, and others who will continue to execute their evil schemes.”

“Haechi” airs every Monday and Tuesday at 10 p.m. KST and is available on Viki.
