Kang Daniel And LM Entertainment’s New Court Questioning Date Reportedly Set

The date for the court’s questioning of Kang Daniel’s request for an injunction against LM Entertainment to suspend his exclusive contract has reportedly been set.

On April 12, news outlet YTN Star reported that the Department of Justice has decided to question the validity of Kang Daniel’s request for an injunction against his agency on April 24.

The questioning was originally scheduled to take place on April 5, but it’s suspected that LM Entertainment made a request for the case to be transferred to a different court, thus resulting in the postponement of the date.

It is also reported that following the postponement, LM Entertainment submitted a document that included a list of their arguments to the Ministry of Justice, twice.
