Watch: "Produce X 101" Contestants Are Adorably Nervous In Behind-The-Scenes Video Of 1st Time Meeting Fans

On April 16, Mnet’s “Produce X 101” released a behind-the-scenes video of the Runway Show and Blue Carpet Ceremony, where the contestants met the “nation’s producers” (fans) for the first time at a studio in Ilsan on March 20.

In the video, the trainees strut their stuff as they walk down the runway and hang out backstage, commenting on their nerves meeting fans for the first time.

The contestants introduced themselves by showcasing their charms as they walked down the runway. Some danced while others winked or gave out finger hearts, and everyone walked out to bow together at the end.

The following day, all of the trainees gathered at the CJ ENM center where they wrote handwritten letters that would be included in the “national producer kit” for fans along with seeds, a miniature flag, and stickers.

When the Blue Carpet Ceremony began, the trainees walked out to say hello to fans and to hand them letters. They then stood together and bowed in unison to the national producers.

“Produce X 101” premieres on May 3 at 11 p.m. KST. Check out the clip below!
