Park Yoochun's Lawyer Responds To Reports Of Footage Of Him Purchasing Drugs

Park Yoochun’s lawyer has responded to the reports of the police obtaining CCTV footage of Park Yoochun purchasing drugs as well as taking them.

Previously, it was reported that the police discovered video footage of Park Yoochun purchasing and retrieving drugs. It was later reported that there was an additional video of Park Yoochun and Hwang Ha Na, his ex-girlfriend, taking drugs together. A source from the police stated that they could not confirm the reports on the first video and denied the reports of the second video.

On April 18, Park Yoochun’s lawyer released an official statement where he addressed the reports of the CCTV footage. He stated that the footage shown to Park Yoochun at the police station could be explained and added that he could not reveal further information due to the ongoing investigation.

This is Park Yoochun’s legal representative, lawyer Kwon Chang Bum.

There have been reports of CCTV evidence footage in regards to the investigation on Park Yoochun. First of all, it is regretful that news reports continue to be released when he is currently in the middle of the investigation.

Additionally, there can be a difference in the police’s and Park Yoochun’s stances regarding the situation. The CCTV footage shown at the police station thus far is content that Park Yoochun can explain. As the police investigation is ongoing, we ask for your understanding about not being able reveal further details.
