Shin Sung Rok And Go Won Hee Share A Confusing But Intense First Meeting In "Perfume"

KBS’s upcoming Monday-Tuesday drama “Perfume” has released stills of the first meeting between Shin Sung Rok and Go Won Hee’s characters.

“Perfume” tells the story of a genius designer who has fallen into a creative slump and a mysterious fashion model who has come back from hell. After living their lives like there was no tomorrow, they get a second chance at life through a magical perfume.

Shin Sung Rok plays fashion designer Seo Yi Do, who suffers from over 52 phobias and 35 allergies. Go Won Hee plays rising star Min Ye Rin, a top model who is secretive about her private life.

In the new stills released on May 9, Shin Sung Rok meets Go Won Hee for the first time outside a hotel. Seo Yi Do is taking his sports car for a spin but Min Ye Rin blocks his way with her body, wearing an intense expression on his face. Seo Yi Do looks thoroughly confused at what is happening.

The scene was filmed on April 15 at a hotel in Incheon. This was Shin Sung Rok and Go Won Hee’s first time filming together as a couple and practiced hard in order to get the details of their actions and dialogue correct.

The production staff stated, “Shin Sung Rok and Go Won Hee put together a perfect scene despite this being the first time they had worked together. Please look forward to the stories that will unfold in this fantasy romance about a fated relationship.”

“Perfume” premieres on June 3.
