JYP Entertainment has released a statement regarding ITZY’s comeback.

In response to the reports of the group making a comeback in July, the agency commented, “It is true that they are preparing a new album, but the timing has not been decided. It will be announced once it is confirmed.”

ITZY is gearing up for their much-anticipated return!

On May 13, it was reported by news outlet MYDAILY that the group is working on new music for their summer comeback. The comeback is reportedly scheduled for late July.

This will be ITZY’s first comeback following their successful debut with “DALLA DALLA” in February. The track scored nine music show wins, and it became the fastest K-pop group debut music video to surpass 100 million views on YouTube.

Ahead of their comeback, the girl group is set to perform at KCON 2019 Japan on May 18.
