Lee Tae Ri will be acting in the upcoming drama “A Day Found By Chance” (literal title)!

On June 18, his agency Starhaus Entertainment confirmed that he will take the role of Jin Mi Chae in the drama.

Lee Tae Ri stated, “Since I’ll be appearing in this work, I’m very excited and feel a happy sort of pressure. I’ll do my best to meet your expectations for this charming character Jin Mi Chae.”

Lee Tae Ri may unite with SF9’s Rowoon and Kim Hye Yoon for an upcoming drama!

On May 14, news outlet News1 reported that Lee Tae Ri has been cast for the upcoming drama “A Day Found By Chance” (literal title).

The drama is based on a fantasy school romance webtoon called “July Found By Chance” (literal title), which tells the story of students who realize that they are actually characters in a manhwa (Korean comic) and try to go against the plot of the manhwa.

It was previously announced that Kim Hye Yoon from JTBC’s hit drama “SKY Castle” is in talks for the female lead and SF9’s Rowoon for the male lead.

According to the source, Lee Tae Ri received an offer to take on the role of Jin Mi Chae, whose background information including his age, nationality, and origin is and will remain unknown to everyone.

In response, Lee Tae Ri’s agency Starhaus Entertainment clarified, “Lee Tae Ri is currently making final adjustments regarding an offer he received to star in MBC’s upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama ‘A Day Found By Chance.'”

Born in 1993, Lee Tae Ri started acting as a child actor in 1998. He continued to build up his filmography by appearing in many dramas including “The Moon Embracing The Sun,” “Rooftop Prince,” Sungkyunkwan Scandal,” “Beauty Inside,” and more.

“A Day Found By Chance” will begin filming once casting is finalized. It is scheduled to premiere sometime in September following the end of “Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung” (literal title).
