EXID Members Choose Memorable Moments From Past 8 Years Together

EXID took a walk down memory lane as they talked about the last eight years.

The group was a guest on the May 16 broadcast of MBC FM radio program “Idol Radio,” where they introduced their newest release “Me & You” and reminisced about the past eight years together as a group.

Hyelin shared, “When I first heard [‘Me & You’], I thought it was just alright. But those kinds of songs tend to do well, so I thought it would do well.” Jeonghwa commented, “We did our first music show when we were a bit tired, but we heard our fans doing our fan chant so we felt stronger.”

Hani remarked, “All the members don’t really express themselves very well, but for this album we poured our hearts into it.” Jeonghwa added, “I hope that our fans think that this album is theirs. Since our fans and us are one, the album is ours.”

EXID then talked about memorable moments from the last eight years together. Hyelin picked, “I remember the day when an air conditioner was installed in our dorm’s living room. We all slept together in the living room that night.”

LE chose their first and only entire group trip to Jeju Island as a memorable moment, saying, “It was when we weren’t making a lot of money. So we could only order one cutlassfish and one grilled mackerel with the allowance from the agency and divided it among ourselves.” Solji added, “After our promotions are over, we’re planning on going on another trip together.”
