"Produce X 101" Trainee Yoo Geun Min's Older Sister Writes Post Leading To His Rise From 101st Place

“Produce X 101” trainee Yoo Geun Min gained a significant boost in his ranking thanks to his older sister!

According to the ranking chart on the May 17 broadcast, the Million Market trainee stood at 68th place. Although this is in the lower half of the trainees, his current position is 43 places above his result from the first vote, marking a surprising upward trend. He is slowly gaining popularity, rising from dead last in 101st place to 77th place and now 68th.

His rise can be contributed in part to the efforts of his family. On May 10, Yoo Geun Min’s older sister authored a post on an online community titled, “Introducing my younger brother who is 101st place on ‘Produce X 101,’ Yoo Geun Min.”

To promote her younger brother, she posted several photos showing off his many charms and wrote, “To be honest, Geun Min was tone-deaf and couldn’t dance at all before, but he practiced all day, every day, and now he’s great at singing and dancing. Even our parents are surprised.”

She further explained that her brother is kind and innocent, saying, “If Geun Min is found to have a problem with his past, I’ll hit Geun Min until he has a problem!”

Finally, she stated, “Even if he isn’t your first choice, he’s worthy of being one of your choices. I would be very thankful if you showed him lots of interest.”
