Yeo Jin Goo Talks About Acting In A Romantic Comedy With Zero Dating Experience + Describes Ideal Type

Yeo Jin Goo shared his thoughts on romance in an interview with SBS’s “Night of Real Entertainment.”

On the May 28 broadcast, the actor participated in an outdoor interview with the weekly entertainment news show.

Yeo Jin Goo currently appears in “Absolute Boyfriend” as a humanoid robot named Zero Nine who’s programmed to be the perfect boyfriend. He was asked if he thought he was handsome, and the actor thanked the interviewer before replying, “I don’t think that I’m handsome, but I do think that I have strong features.”

When asked about his dating style, Yeo Jin Goo began to dodge the question by mentioning the drama. The interviewer commented that Yeo Jin Goo has been single since birth, and he replied with a laugh, “I tried to hide it, so I was beating around the bush. [Filming a romantic comedy] was hard.” He added, “It’s more fun than I thought. I still have never been in a romantic relationship. I learned about dating through the drama.”

Yeo Jin Goo then revealed his fantasies about his first romantic relationship. “I want to spend my leisure time with my girlfriend,” said the actor. “I want to talk in a park and stand on a balcony together in front of an ocean.”

As for his ideal type, he explained, “I don’t know if it’ll sound cliché, but I’d like [to meet someone] who can give love to another and can embrace another’s faults and accept them.”
