Watch: IU Is Unimpressed By Yeo Jin Goo's Fear Of Ghosts In New "Hotel Del Luna" Teasers

tvN has shared two fun new teasers for its upcoming drama “Hotel Del Luna”!

Described as a “fantasy horror romance,” “Hotel Del Luna” will tell the story of an elite hotelier named Goo Chan Sung (played by Yeo Jin Goo) who ends up running a hotel for ghosts. The haunted hotel is owned by the beautiful but ill-tempered Jang Man Wol (played by IU), who has fallen under a curse as punishment for her past wrongdoings.

On June 15, “Hotel Del Luna” released two sneak peeks of the entertaining dynamic between its two leads. The first teaser begins with Jang Man Wol serenly enjoying a glass of wine amidst her ghostly hotel guests. All of a sudden, an upset Goo Chan Sung bursts in to tell her, “Because of your excessive spending, the hotel is on the verge of bankruptcy! From now on, you can’t—”

However, the fiery Jang Man Wol interrupts him by rising and throwing his papers back in his face, shouting, “What kind of crappy situation is this?” As all of the guests around her suddenly vanish, Jang Man Wol asks threateningly, “Should I make you disappear, too?”

The second teaser introduces viewers to Goo Chan Sung through glimpses of headlines about his accomplishments—one newspaper refers to him as a “world-famous hotelier,” while TIME magazine dubs him “Hotelier of the Year.” However, when he unexpectedly encounters a ghost in the halls of the Hotel Del Luna, his cool, collected facade crumbles in an instant, and a petrified Goo Chan Sung finds himself falling backwards onto the floor in shock.

An unimpressed Jang Man Wol looks down at him and notes wryly, “He’s great in every way, except he’s weak.”
