ZE:A’s Kim Dong Jun Reveals That Vibe Tried To Get Lee Elijah To Debut As A Singer

ZE:A’s Kim Dong Jun talked about Lee Elijah’s singing skills on the latest episode of JTBC’s “Ask Us Anything”!

The June 15 broadcast of the variety show featured guest stars Kim Dong Jun, Lee Elijah, and Im Won Hee, who are all currently starring in JTBC’s record-breaking new political drama “Chief of Staff.”

When asked to name one of her strengths during the episode, Lee Elijah surprised the cast by replying, “Making people cry.” She later went on to elaborate, “When I sing, I can make any song sound sad.” The actress then impressed the cast with an emotional cover of Nami’s classic ballad “Sad Fate.”

After her performance, Kim Dong Jun revealed, “My agency’s directors are the members of Vibe, and starting from about seven or eight years ago, they’ve kept wanting to sign her, so they can debut her as a singer.”
