Won Jin Ah Confirmed To Join Ji Chang Wook In Upcoming tvN Rom-Com

Ji Chang Wook and Won Jin Ah will be uniting for a new drama!

In April, it was confirmed that Ji Chang Wook will be the male lead for tvN’s upcoming drama “Melting Me Softly,” and it was announced in May that Won Jin Ah is in talks to play the female lead.

On June 18, tvN confirmed that Won Jin Ah is now confirmed for the drama.

In response to reports that “Melting Me Softly” will premiere in September as a weekend drama, tvN commented, “It is scheduled to air in the second half of the year, but the exact scheduling is still being discussed.”

“Melting Me Softly” is about a man and woman who participate in a project to be frozen for 24 hours but wake up 20 years later due to a mysterious scheme. Once they wake up, the two experience a dangerous side effect where they must maintain a core body temperature of 31.5 degrees Celsius (approximately 88.7 degrees Fahrenheit) in order to survive. Coupled with the warming of their hearts from romantic attraction, they find themselves in a sticky situation.

In addition to Ji Chang Wook and Won Jin Ah, Yoon Se Ah is in talks to star in the drama.
