"Running Man" Teases Exciting Episode Featuring Collaborations With Famous Singers

SBS’s “Running Man” has shared a new sneak peek at its upcoming episode!

On June 30, the variety show released new stills of its cast members eagerly waiting to discover the identities of several famous artists who will be performing together with them at their special ninth-anniversary fan meeting.

During the upcoming episode, the “Running Man” cast (as well as the singers with whom they’ll be collaborating) will compete in a battle to decide which members will be teaming up with each of the artists.

Although the cast members always get hilariously competitive with one another on “Running Man,” this particular episode will reportedly feature an additional element of competition that will make it especially fun to watch. According to those present during filming, there was palpable tension between the artists as they each strategized and fought to wind up forming a team with the specific “Running Man” members that they preferred.

Additionally, several of the artists are said to have been variety show newbies, leading to some amusingly awkward moments during filming. Yoo Jae Suk teased his own teammates by jokingly complaining, “Our team has zero audio,” and one of the artists joked back, “If I’d known it’d be like this, I wouldn’t have agreed to participate in the ‘artist collaboration.'”

The upcoming episode will also feature a special mini-concert by the artists, who reportedly wowed the “Running Man” cast with their impressive live performances.
