Super Junior's Choi Siwon Speaks Out Against Privacy Invasion, Stalking, And Rumors
On July 4, Super Junior’s Choi Siwon took to social media to share his thoughts.
As the caption to a photo of himself, he wrote in both Korean and English, “Truly loving someone is understanding and caring for them, not invading their privacy, not stalking them, or not spreading baseless rumors about them.”
While he did not mention who the post was directed towards, many fans have said it appears he is giving a warning to sasaengs (stalkers of celebrities who invade their private lives). He posted a similar message back in 2012 when he also asked that people stop hacking him.
진정으로 다른사람을 사랑한다는건 그들을 이해하며 돌보는 것입니다. 사랑한다면 스토킹하거나 근거없는 소문을 퍼뜨리지 않습니다. Truly loving someone is understanding and caring for them, not invading their privacy, not stalking them, or not spreading baseless rumors about them. pic.twitter.com/64gZUXP2E8
