Jo Jung Suk Talks About How Gummy Has Changed Him For The Better + Their Future Family Plans

Jo Jung Suk talked about his wife Gummy and mentioned their plans for the future.

The actor recently sat down for an interview with the press after the finale of his drama “Nokdu Flower.” Jo Jung Suk and Gummy met in 2013 through the singer Youngji. In February of 2015, they officially confirmed that they were dating, and they were married last year in October.

“My wife was a big fan of ‘Nokdu Flower,'” said Jo Jung Suk. “She’s an avid watcher of all my work. She’s busy right now doing a cross-country tour, but she watched all of ‘Nokdu Flower.'”

Jo Jung Suk also praised Gummy’s personality. “She has a lot of likable strengths,” he said. When asked about their plans for a family, Jo Jung Suk answered, “To put it briefly, we do have plans for a family.” He then made others laugh when he said, “But we’ve both been busy.”

“It’s true that my marriage to Gummy has had an influence on my acting,” he said. “But I want to say that it’s meeting Gummy and not marriage that’s been the influence. It’s been a really good influence. She has a good energy and a positive mind. If you were to say that I was a sensitive person before, I’ve become more understanding after meeting her. She has an energy that changes people in a good way. I think it’s meeting Gummy that made me like that, and not marriage itself.”
