EXO's Suho Shares Excitement About Becoming Ambassador For 7th Animal Film Festival In Suncheonman

EXO’s Suho opened up about participating in the 7th Animal Film Festival in Suncheonman as the event’s ambassador.

On July 24, a press conference was held for the film festival in Seoul, which was attended by Suncheon mayor Heo Seok, EXO’s Suho, executive director Park Jung Sook, and programmer Park Hye Mi.

During the event, a ceremony of appointment was held for Suho as the film festival’s ambassador, also called the guardian angel. He stated, “I am happy and excited to become the ambassador for a film festival that is based on the theme of finding happiness with animals.” He went on to state, “I have a lot of interest in animals because I’ve spent so much time with my dog Byul. We all live busy lives, but we all need to think more about nature and animals.”

The 8th Animal Film Festival in Suncheonman will be held from August 22 to 26 in Suncheon. They will be screening over 70 films for free around the theme of coexistence between humans, animals, and nature. Suho will be this year’s guardian angel, and starting with today’s press conference, he will participate in a variety of official events.

Suho is currently the honorary ambassador for the 13th Daegu International Musical Festival (DIMF) as well. Not only is he active as a member of EXO, but he has also branched out into musicals and dramas, including “Rich Man, Poor Woman.” Watch him in the drama below!
