Kim Joon Ho Confirmed To Make First Variety Show Appearance Since Controversy

Kim Joon Ho will be returning to the public eye for the first time in four months since stepping down following a betting controversy.

On July 27, reports emerged that Kim Joon Ho would be appearing on tvN’s variety show “Seoulmate 3” through a VCR. A source from his agency JDB Entertainment stated, “It’s true that Kim Joon Ho will be filming for ‘Seoulmate 3’ today. He is cautious but will soon be greeting viewers once more.”

tvN also confirmed the news and stated, “Kim Joon Ho is indeed filming for ‘Seoulmate 3.’ His appearance will be aired in August.”

This will be the first time Kim Joon Ho makes a public appearance on a variety show since he became involved in a controversy in March. It was reported that Cha Tae Hyun and Kim Joon Ho had participated in illegal betting while playing golf, and Kim Joon Ho released an official apology through his agency and stepped down from all of his programs.
