Battle For Wednesday Drama Ratings Wages On With "Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung" On Top

MBC’s “Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung” remains No. 1 in a close battle for Wednesday-Thursday drama viewership ratings!

According to Nielsen Korea, the August 7 episode of “Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung” scored average ratings of 5.1 percent and 6.8 percent nationwide, making it the most-watched drama of the night.

KBS 2TV’s “Justice” followed close behind with average nationwide ratings of 4.2 percent and 5.1 percent, while SBS’s “Doctor Detective” enjoyed a slight increase in its viewership for average ratings of 4.4 percent and 4.8 percent nationwide.

In the cable network realm, OCN’s “Mr. Temporary” scored an average viewership rating of 3.0 percent, while tvN’s “When the Devil Calls Your Name” scored an average rating of 2.5 percent for the night.
