Watch: Park Bom, MAMAMOO, And Oh My Girl Get Ready For "Queendom" Competition With Photo Shoot

Mnet’s upcoming show “Queendom” has shared a new look at its competing teams behind the scenes!

“Queendom” recently released videos of Lovelyz, AOA, and (G)I-DLE being tasked with coming up with a concept for their poster that represents the show in just a minute. On August 8, the show revealed videos of Park Bom, MAMAMOO, and Oh My Girl taking on the challenge!

As Park Bom tried out charismatic poses for the poster, she got some opinions from the staff on what would be best before picking a perfect pose for her.

MAMAMOO decided that because of their all-black outfits, they should do something that appears chic, powerful, charismatic, and intimidating.

With Oh My Girl also in glamorous black outfits for the shoot, Mimi commented that they don’t have many opportunities to do a “girl crush” concept. Hyojung made the others laugh when she said, “Then let’s do something that’s a girl crush concept but still cute and bubbly.” She explained, “If we appear too intense then it won’t have the Oh My Girl image – we’re all about the bubbly concept.” They then decided to pose with their hands above their heads like crowns to fit with the “Queendom” concept.

“Queendom” features the six female artists releasing singles on the same day at the same time to compete on music charts. The show will premiere on August 29 at 9:20 p.m. KST.
