Watch: Ong Seong Wu Is Adorably Shy Confessing To Kim Hyang Gi In “Moments Of 18” Making Video
JTBC’s Monday-Tuesday drama “Moments of 18” has shared a new behind-the-scenes video!
The making video begins with Ong Seong Wu and Kim Hyang Gi rehearsing for the scene in which Ong Seong Wu has to carry Kim Hyang Gi to the nurse’s office. With the director, the actors talk about using “manner hands,” and when they finally film the scene, Ong Seong Wu expresses his concern for Kim Hyang Gi because her chin constantly bumped into his shoulder while running. Kim Hyang Gi jokingly asks, “Why am I the one having a difficult time?”
The two continue to have a playful time on set as they both struggle while looking at the math problems their characters have to solve. Ong Seong Wu asks, “Can I cheat?” and Kim Hyang Gi writes, “It’s too difficult,” on the paper.
Meanwhile, during the confession scene, the two get embarrassed and constantly break out into laughter. The actors continue to rehearse the scene, and Ong Seong Wu pretends to stare down Shin Seung Ho with a threatening aura upon the director’s request. Kim Sun Young also enters the set and comments that she’s unintentionally matching with Kang Ki Young. As she leaves the set, Ong Seong Wu makes the staff burst out laughing by copying her character’s tone of voice.
In the following set of clips, Ong Seong Wu waves to the camera and says, “Mom, I’m on TV!” Although Ong Seong Wu tries to stay serious, he becomes embarrassed and tells Kim Bo Yoon to get out for laughing while he’s trying to focus. Before Ong Seong Wu and Kim Hyang Gi film the scene, the director comments on their outfits, “If you two combine, you’ll make a plaid pattern.” Meanwhile, Kim Hyang Gi tries to ease Ong Seong Wu’s embarrassment with her playful attitude.
“Moments of 18” airs every Monday and Tuesday at 9:30 p.m. KST.
