Kang Daniel, BTS, And "Hotel Del Luna" OST Top Gaon Weekly Charts

Gaon Chart has revealed its chart rankings for the week of August 4 to 10!

Album Chart

Kang Daniel‘s solo debut album “Color on Me” and NCT Dream’s “We Boom” maintained their spots at No. 1 and No. 2 on this week’s physical album chart, with JBJ95’s new mini album “Spark” debuting at No. 3. EXO-SC’s “What a Life” held onto its position at No. 4 on the chart, followed by Oh My Girl’s new summer package album “Fall in Love” at No. 5.

Overall Digital Chart + Streaming Chart

The OST of tvN’s hit drama “Hotel Del Luna” continued to sweep the digital charts this week. Gummy’s song “Remember Me” from the drama’s soundtrack topped four separate charts: the overall digital chart, the streaming chart, the download chart, and the BGM chart (which tracks the songs that people purchase to use as background music for their blogs and KakaoTalk profiles).

The top five songs for this week were exactly the same on the overall digital chart and the streaming chart. Gummy’s “Remember Me” debuted at No. 1 on both charts, followed by Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon‘s own contribution to the “Hotel Del Luna” soundtrack—”A Poem Titled You”—at No. 2. Maktub’s “To You My Light” rose to No. 3 on both charts, trailed by Jang Hye Jin and Yoon Min Soo’s “Drunk on Love” at No. 4 and Song Ha Ye’s “Your Regards” at No. 5.

The “Hotel Del Luna” OST also dominated this week’s digital download chart, impressively sweeping the top four spots: Gummy’s “Remember Me” debuted at No. 1 on the chart, Chungha’s contribution to the soundtrack—”At the End”—rose to No. 2, Taeyeon’s “A Poem Titled You” stayed strong at No. 3, and Heize’s “Can You see My Heart” came in at No. 4. ITZY’s “ICY,” at No. 5, was the only song in the top five that was not a part of the drama’s soundtrack.

Social Chart

BTS continued to top Gaon’s new “Social Chart 2.0” this week, while Park Ji Hoon shot up an impressive 42 spots in the rankings to chart at No. 2. ITZY came in at No. 3 for the week, followed by CIX at No. 4 and Oh My Girl at No. 5.
