August Girl Group Member Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for individual girl group members!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, communication, and community awareness indexes of 455 girl group members, using big data collected from July 18 to August 19.
ITZY’s Yeji shot to the top of this month’s list after seeing an impressive 149.23 percent increase in her score since July. The idol scored a total brand reputation index of 2,077,538 for August.
High-ranking phrases in Yeji’s keyword analysis included “ICY,” “comeback,” and “Idol Star Athletics Championships,” while her highest-ranking related terms included “pretty,” “thankful,” and “sexy.” Her positivity-negativity analysis revealed a score of 71.55 percent positive reactions.
BLACKPINK’s Jennie rose to second place in the rankings with a brand reputation index of 1,979,074, marking a 6.43 percent increase in her score since last month, while MAMAMOO’s Hwasa followed close behind at third with a brand reputation index of 1,872,74 for the month.
ITZY’s Yuna came in at a very close fourth with a brand reputation index of 1,867,904, marking a 45.83 percent increase in her score since July, while TWICE’s Jihyo saw her score rise by 124.97 percent to take fifth place for August with a total index of 1,829,219.
