X1’s Kim Yo Han Reportedly Injured During Recording For “M Countdown”
X1 member Kim Yo Han reportedly sustained an injury during the recording for Mnet’s “M Countdown.”
Early in the morning on August 29 KST, rumors began to circulate online that Kim Yo Han had been injured on the set of “M Countdown.” Around 5:30 a.m. KST, X1’s official Twitter account shared that the time to check fans’ registration for the “M Countdown” pre-recorded performance had been delayed, without giving a reason as to why.
Later that morning, Newsen reported that Kim Yo Han had been injured during the pre-recording and that the recording had temporarily stopped while Kim Yo Han was taken to the hospital. Also according to the report, Kim Yo Han returned to the set once he had received emergency treatment.
A source from Swing Entertainment told Newsen, “Kim Yo Han sprained his ankle while doing choreography and received emergency treatment. He was determined to stand on stage to greet the fans who had waited for him, so he returned to set to finish recording. Afterwards, he will continue to get treatment for his injury at the hospital.”
X1 recently released their debut album, “Quantum Leap,” and are preparing to begin official promotions for their title track “Flash.”
