Watch: Ji Chang Wook And Won Jin Ah Try Not To Melt Too Much In “Melting Me Softly” Teaser

tvN’s upcoming drama “Melting Me Softly,” starring Ji Chang Wook and Won Jin Ah, has released a new trailer!

The drama is a romantic comedy about a man and a woman who participate in a project where they’re to be frozen for 24 hours. But due to a mysterious scheme, they end up waking up 20 years later. As a side effect of the 20-year freeze, the two must maintain a core body temperature below 33 degrees Celsius (approximately 91.4 degrees Fahrenheit) to survive, but when their bodies heat up from romantic attraction, they find that there’s more than love on the line.

The latest teaser shows the predicament PD Ma Dong Chan (Ji Chang Wook) and part-time employee Go Mi Ran (Won Jin Ah) find themselves in, as they wear watches that monitor their body temperature.

Ma Dong Chan steps onto an elevator full of people, checking his body temperature as he does so. His character narrates, “I was frozen, so my body temperature can’t rise above 33 degrees [Celsius].” He stands opposite Go Mi Ran, who is also on the elevator, wearing the same monitor. Even as everyone files out, the two remain at a safe distance from each other, although they can’t hide the smiles on their faces.

“Melting Me Softly” premieres September 28 at 9 p.m. KST and will be available on Viki with English subtitles.
