Super Junior's Kim Heechul Explains Why He Has Been Getting Manicures For 14 Years

The September 15 episode of “My Ugly Duckling” featured Kim Heechul preparing for Super Junior’s comeback.

He first went to the salon to get his hair done. “I’m bleaching my hair for the first time in four years,” he shared. “I suddenly experienced hair loss four years ago, so I couldn’t do anything and only grew out my hair. This is my final time bleaching my hair in my 30s. Wow, I’m turning 40 years old now.”

The Super Junior member then headed to a nail salon with Park Soo Hong. Kim Heechul told Park Soo Hong, “You become addicted when you start doing it. It’s been about 14 years since I’ve started taking care of my nails. I’ve been doing it since Noh Hong Chul suggested I try it.”

While getting his nails done, Kim Heechul explained, “This becomes addicting. If you do this, you can’t stand seeing your nails getting dirty.”
