Watch: Stray Kids' Lee Know Talks About Being BTS's Back-Up Dancer + Shows His Part In 'Not Today' Performance

Stray Kids’ main dancer Lee Know shared what it was like to be a back-up dancer for BTS!

On October 9, Lee Know and Hyunjin of Stray Kids appeared on the Mnet entertainment show “TMI News.” During the show, the hosts mentioned that Lee Know had been a back-up dancer for BTS and asked when that was.

“I started with ‘Fire‘ and went until ‘Not Today‘ and ‘Spring Day,’ and I also performed on tour with them a few times,” answered Lee Know. “Fire” was released in May 2016 while the latter two songs came out in February 2017.

When asked how close he is with BTS, Lee Know replied, “We met J-Hope at a broadcasting station and he said, ‘Oh, aren’t you Lee Know?'”

Lee Know was also asked to name the song that was the most thrilling to perform. Lee Know chose “Not Today,” which they performed as the opener to BTS’s “Wings” tour. He said, “During ‘Not Today,’ we all started in a kneeling down position, and there was a white curtain. When it came down, people screamed so much. It gave me goosebumps.”

Lee Know then performed the choreography for “Not Today” that he did as BTS’s back-up dancer, which led to some funny moments when he had to be walking around in the back or staying still while BTS would be dancing.
