EXID’s Hani Signs With New Agency + To Make Big Screen Debut
Recently, it was revealed that Hani was in talks to sign an exclusive contract with Sublime Artist Agency. On October 11, Sublime Artist Agency revealed, “[We have] signed an exclusive contract with Hani.”
Having debuted as a member of EXID in 2012, Hani parted ways with her former agency Banana Culture earlier this year following the expiration of her contract. Hani has also been confirmed to star as the lead for the upcoming film “Adults Don’t Know” (working title), and she will be making her film debut with her given name Ahn Hee Yeon. Previously, Hani was also in talks to star in an upcoming web drama.
A source from Sublime Artist Agency stated, “In addition to the charms Hani has shown up until now, we put more emphasis on the unlimited potential she’ll show in the future. We plan on fully supporting her in order for her to be active in all the fields she wants to pursue.”
Sublime Artist Agency is currently home to T-ara’s Hyomin, as well as Nayoung of PRISTIN and I.O.I. Additionally, the agency houses a number of models and actresses including Seo Ji Hye and Kim Hee Jung.
