Ji Chang Wook Runs To Comfort A Tearful Won Jin Ah In "Melting Me Softly"

Ji Chang Wook and Won Jin Ah continue to face new obstacles in tvN’s “Melting Me Softly.”

In the last episode, Go Mi Ran (Won Jin Ah) had a few drinks because she was upset at being caught in a voice-phishing scam. She confessed to Ma Dong Chan (Ji Chang Wook), “I think that this world now is too much for me.” She added, “Stop feeling like you have to take responsibility for me. This was a choice I made. The way you look at me so apologetically makes me feel confused.”

Ma Dong Chan then swooped in with, “If you keep playing around, I’m just going to start liking you.” This caused both their heartbeats to race and the watch that monitors their vital signs to go off.

In the preview for the next episode, however, Mi Ran breaks down in tears. She is crying alone in the editing room when Dong Chan rushes into the room and tells her, “I’ll protect you. So don’t worry.”

Won Jin Ah has more than one problem, however, including running into Na Ha Young (Yoon Se Ah), Ma Dong Chan’s former girlfriend, in the bathroom. Ha Young warns her, “Be careful not to be found out. I really hate to see things made difficult for Ma Dong Chan.”

The production staff stated, “In the October 26 episode, Dong Chan and Mi Ran will face a new crisis and overcome it together. They have learned a little about the other’s feelings, so please look forward to seeing how their relationship changes, as well as what impact Ha Young, who can’t give up on Dong Chan, will have on them.”

The episode airs on October 26 at 9 p.m. KST.
