Brand New Music’s New Unit BDC Discusses What They’re Looking Forward To Most After Debuting

Brand New Music’s newest unit BDC recently participated in a photo shoot for fashion magazine Singles!

BDC is an acronym for “Boys Da Capo,” which means “boys starting from the beginning” and embodies the unit’s ideology of never forgetting where they’re from and always working hard.

All three members of BDC competed on “Produce X 101” and include leader Kim Si Hun, main vocal Hong Seong Jun, and youngest member Yun Jung Hwan.

The group recently made their debut with title track “Remember Me,” which leader Kim Si Hun participated in the choreography for. He described the song as “a song that says to remember the shining image of us forever, with a soft melody that matches fall and beautiful lyrics.”

In addition to their title track, Yun Jung Hwan confidently spoke about their song “Da Capo,” saying, “This song holds the message that even after returning to trainees after the survival audition program and despite the difficulty of not knowing how long it will take to debut, we can be strong as long as we have our fans. I really hope our fans listen to it.”

When asked what they are looking forward to most after debuting, the group answered, “Meeting with fans.” Hong Seong Jun explained, “I am most looking forward to closely meeting our fans again through our debut. I want to share our charms that we haven’t been able to show yet.”

Yun Jung Hwan added, “I want to quickly show our fans new charms. I’ve discovered how to manage my stage mannerisms and mistakes while appearing on ‘Produce X 101.’ By displaying these refined skills, I plan to show BDC’s very own style. In the future, I want to show the individual colors of each member too.”
