KBS Responds To Reports Of Broadcast Schedule Changes To Slot In New Season Of "2 Days & 1 Night"
KBS has responded to reports that they will be undergoing changes to their variety show time slots with the return of “2 Days & 1 Night.”
On November 1, an exclusive report was made by Joy News 24 that KBS would be making changes to their time slots as they prepare for the return of “2 Days & 1 Night” with a new season. According to the reports, the new season would be placed in the 6:25 p.m. KST time slot on Sundays.
This would mean that “The Return of Superman” would be moved to air on 9:15 p.m. KST on Sundays, taking over the slot that “Gag Concert” currently airs in. “Gag Concert” would then move to a different time as well. This would put “The Return of Superman” in a direct head-to-head with SBS’s “My Ugly Duckling.”
When asked about the reported changes, a source from KBS stated, “Nothing has been decided on regarding changes to our broadcast schedule for variety shows like ‘The Return of Superman.'”
