BTS's "Love Yourself: Answer" Becomes 1st Korean Album To Spend A Year On Billboard 200

BTS’s “Love Yourself: Answer” has achieved another amazing feat!

On this week’s Billboard 200 (which ranks the most popular albums in the United States), BTS’s August 2018 album “Love Yourself: Answer” re-enters the chart, grabbing the No. 165 spot.

The album features the title track “IDOL” and it debuted on the Billboard 200 at No. 1 for the week ending in September 8, 2018.

Since it has returned to the chart this week, “Love Yourself: Answer” has now spent a total of 52 nonconsecutive weeks on the Billboard 200! BTS once again makes history, as theirs is the first Korean album to spend a year’s worth of weeks on the chart.

Also on the Billboard 200 this week is BTS’s “Map of the Soul: Persona,” which comes in at No. 149 in its 25th week on the chart.
